Eric Tice (Co-Founder)

Eric Tice has over 30-years of experience in the field of corrections. After graduating high school in 1988, Eric attended the Indiana University of PA majoring in the Criminology curriculum. Starting in 1993, Eric went onto a very successful career with the PA Department of Corrections (PADOC). He worked as a Correctional Officer before ascending to the position of Superintendent. Eric has been a respected and effective leader at 7 different State Correctional facilities in PA, retiring in 2023 as Supervising Superintendent for the Western Region after 30 years of service. In 2021, the PA Prison Warden Association named Eric as “Warden of the Year” for his efforts in helping to lead the PADOC COVID-19 mitigation efforts, which were hailed as one of the best practices in the country. His extensive experience in establishing sound security practices, contraband mitigation efforts, and meaningful intelligence gathering operations continues to serve the correctional community.
